1. For refunds and course cancellations, refund regulations apply based on the ‘inquiry registration date’.
▶ Refund Application: Submit “Inquiry Registration” by filling out the student information
(email address and contact number used for registration),
course name, and reason for refund according to the inquiry registration form.
(If properly received, a receipt confirmation email titled “[Fast Campus] Inquiry registration has been completed.” will be sent, so please check.)
2. Course fee discounts are applicable only if ‘payment is completed’ by the discount deadline stated. (It is based on payment completion, not course application.)
3. For promotions that are temporarily conducted for a set period, benefits are provided only when payment is completed ‘before the end of the event period’.
