- Refunds and cancellations will be processed based on the 'submission date' of the inquiry. ▶ Refund Request: Please accurately provide your student information (email address used for registration and contact number), the course title for which you are requesting a refund, and the reason for the refund when submitting the inquiry form. (Once the inquiry is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject "[FastCampus] Your inquiry has been received." Please make sure to check if your submission was successful.)
- Discounts on tuition fees will only be applied if 'payment is completed' by the stated discount deadline. (The criteria is based on payment completion, not course registration.)
- For limited-time promotions, the benefits will only be provided if payment is completed before the promotion period ends. (If a re-payment is necessary due to changes in the payment method or installment plan, please complete the re-payment within the promotion period and request a refund for the previous payment. For any related inquiries, please contact us via [My Page] > [Customer Center] before the promotion period ends.)
