If you have any questions about payment/refund, please fill out the request through the ▶Customer Center inquiry registration and submit it
We will reply to you sequentially after the resumption of business on September 19, 2024 (Thursday), and we ask for your understanding that the response may be delayed due to the large number of inquiries.
[Caution]
1. In the case of refunds and cancellations of classes, the refund regulation will be applied based on the date of receipt of the inquiry registration.
▶ Refund application: Submit "Enquiry registration" with student information (subscribed email address and contact information), lecture name for refund request, and reason for refund according to the inquiry registration form
(In the case of normal application, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you titled "[Fast Campus] Inquiry registration has been completed" by reply e-mail, so please check.)
2. The tuition discount can be applied only when you 'completed payment' by the written discount deadline.
(It's not a standard for applying for the course, but a standard for completing the payment.)
3. In the case of promotions that are held temporarily for a fixed period of time, benefits will be provided only when payment is completed before the end of the event period.
(If you need to pay again due to changes in payment methods and installments, please complete the payment again within the event period and leave a request for a refund of the previous payment. Also, if you have any related inquiries, please leave them at the upper right [Customer Center] during the promotion period.)
