- Since it's possible to have multiple accounts, confirm that you are attempting to log in with the email account used for the purchase.
- Each account operates independently, and there is no support for consolidation or transfer of courses.
2. Verify that the course fee has been successfully paid.
- Click on 'Enroll Now' at the bottom of each course's detailed page and complete the payment process for the lectures to be correctly registered.
- You must complete the payment for confirmation in 'Transaction History' and 'My Courses.'
3. Confirm if it's a pre-reserved product.
If it's a pre-reserved product, access to the lectures may not be available until the start date. Check the opening schedule as it may be in a reserved status.
4. Check the browser you are using.
Fastcampus courses are optimized for Google Chrome, so accessing the lectures on other browsers may not display them. Please use Google Chrome to access and check.
