Upon withdrawal of membership, the information collected for service provision will be retained for consumer complaints and dispute resolution purposes for a period of 30 days from the withdrawal date before being deleted. After 30 days, all information related to ongoing courses, accounts, and items such as coupons will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered even upon rejoining.
