If you encounter PC payment errors, please check the following two essential steps:

1. You must disable the pop-up blocker in your web browser.
Since the payment window is provided as a pop-up service, if the payment window does not appear, please disable the pop-up blocker feature in your web browser. To do this, uncheck the checkbox for "Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Pop-up Blocker" at the top of the Internet window, and then press the apply and confirm buttons to proceed with the payment again. -
2. You need to delete internet search history, cookies, etc.
If there is not enough space to install the payment program or if you are running on an existing version of cookies, payment errors may occur. Therefore, please try again after deleting temporary files, browsing history, and cookie information in IE.
